he Residency offers an area of complementary services on the ground floor consisting in various stores in order to meet the needs of both the residents and the University students in general. Among the shops on offer there are the following:

However, since the residence is located within the city center, within a radius of no more than 200 meters you can find the following shops and businesses (among others): bakery – pastry shop, supermarkets, banking establishments, clothing stores, hardware store, tobacconist, hairdressers, gym, etc.
